Niki Goulimis: The founder of Nova Credit
Niki Goulimis has lived in the UK and studied English Literature. She founded Nova Credit to solve a problem she faced when immigrating to America: immigrants' lack of financial confidence. She believes that the "no" someone says gives value to the "yes."
She talks about the difficulties of recruiting, the time she dedicates to her team daily, and gives tips on "raising" money from VCs. In conversation with Marco Veremis, they discussed what’s next in the energy field, Silicon Valley's monoculture, the fintech talent in Greece, and the challenges of raising a child while living in the universe of entrepreneurship.
