George Hadjigeorgiou is co-founder and CEO of Skroutz.gr, Greece's most popular retail platform, and its 4th most visited website. George believes that it all started with a fateful moment - funded by family and friends which today has grown into a company that employs more than 800 people.

In discussion with Marco Veremis, they talk about corporate culture and the changes it undergoes as companies grow, the first years of Skroutz.gr when revenues were almost nil, women’s role in society, and, naturally, the meaning of life.
