Marina Hatsopoulos: The pioneer of 3D printing and "guardian angel" of the Greeks of Boston
Marina Hatsopoulos no longer enters meetings where she has nothing to offer unless she has something to learn! She studied math and music (!) at Brown, worked at Chase, and when she realized she had a gap in her knowledge, she studied mechanical engineering at MIT.
She created Z Corporation and pioneered 3D printing technology back in 1994. Her team's goal at the time was to help astronauts print necessary spare parts in space.
With Marco Veremis, they discuss the meaning of life, her journey into entrepreneurship, the meetings she chooses to... not attend and her father, George Hatsopoulos, who was the inventor of the artificial heart.
