In 2024, funding to the Greek startup ecosystem exceeded €555 million, an increase of 15%, while the largest acquisition of a Greek company in history took place with €1.24 billion. |

Fintech startup Coinbux has announced the completion of its pre-seed funding round, raising 320,000 euros. The round was led by Genesis Ventures, with the participation of Angel Investors from the investment clubs HEBAN and Theti Club. Blueground is expanding to Seoul, South Korea through a strategic franchise partnership with BTG Residence Co. Ltd. At least 2,000 apartments will be launched over the duration of the partnership, with the first 150 slated for launch in the first year. Progressive Robotics secured €1.6 Million Seed Round Led by Marathon Venture Capital. In the round participated existing investors Genesis Ventures and angel investors Argyris Kaninisand Dimitris Georgakopoulos(from Helidoni Group). The investment aims to accelerate the company plan to provide small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with AI-powered, no-code automation solutions. Piney raised €1.2 million to expand its European footprint. The new funding round for the company was led by n Uni.fund, with the participation of VENTERI Capital, while YourHero/Douleutaras retains a significant stake. |

The new organization will continue to deliver value both in Greece and Southeast Europe. Eurobank invests an additional EUR 5 million in Fintech Plum. With its new investment in the company, Eurobank has invested a total of €10 million in Plum and becomes one of its key backers. |
